God’s Power
For the Spirit of God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7 You should come into the full realization of the power you carry.
You carry the power of God within you. When you come into the full realization of the power Christ allows you to have, you can begin to share it with the world. He walks alongside you, daily. Knowing God and what he can do is an amazing honor and privilege. An example of his power was the disciples being able to heal people and bring them back from the dead. The disciples were also given the power to speak in different languages.
They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. Acts 2:3 NIV
Opportunities For A Revival
God may be allowing a revival to take place in your church. He may allow a revival of the spirit within people of your congregation each day. He may also help your family to experience a renewal through peace during difficult times. Embrace every opportunity to experience His revival.
Using You For His Purpose
If you allow yourself to be used for God’s purpose, imagine how much better the world would be. When you believe that God is at work within and around you, you can be a light for His truth. Being a vessel is also how you come to know God on a personal level. If you believe in His power, and know that He can and will work in every aspect of your life, you are allowing His plan to be fulfilled.
Give Him Control Of Your Life
You can give God complete control over your life financially, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. He can heal diseases in your household and cure you of your own selfish desires. He can start the new feeling of wanting to live for him in your life. When you start to live for God, you realize that He gives you a peace that you can’t be understood, so you know it can only come from Him.
Satan And His Lies
Satan, unfortunately, is prowling, waiting to devour our spirits with his lies. The devil can make you believe that this nation doesn’t need or deserve a revival. But the exact opposite is true. Satan can make you believe that you are not worthy of bringing people to Christ. This is not true. If you aren’t supposed to lead people to him, how would anyone know about him? It is your God-given responsibility to help lead others to Christ.
God’s Revival In Our World
What a great thing to know that God is able to revive the world. Don’t be afraid to follow his calling and go where he wants you to go. He will guide you every step of the way. You can bring people to God, one person at a time. Everything you do is for his glory.
